USCIS Announces New Premium Processing Fees Effective March 2026

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a final rule increasing USCIS Premium Processing fees to reflect inflation from June 2023 through June 2025, as authorized by the USCIS Stabilization Act.

These inflation-based adjustments occur every two years to preserve the value and efficiency of Premium Processing services.

Effective Date

The new fees will take effect on March 1, 2026. Any Premium Processing request filed on or after that date must include the updated fee using Form I-907.

Important Notice
